abumelt - This Grab Driver is explicitly ignoring everything I'm saying as if I weren't here. He was perfectly fine when he picked me up and even said good morning but when he changed routes to my destination, he completely and utterly did not acknowledge my presence, let alone what I was saying. WTF is happening.
