Time for another comics plurk~ Three stories today, two from Rosa and one Barks: First we cover some time-stopping shenanigans; take a brief break with a lemonade stand; and finish up with some DuckFeels by burying Donald in the Money Bin.
This first one is On Stolen Time, first printed in 1991 in Denmark, printed in America in Donald Duck Adventures 24 in 1992, which I can't link because so far as I know the Disney Comics-branded run of DDA isn't online. I did find
It's a normal day at the Money Bin.... for all of three seconds until the Beagles blip in and blip out with some money. Everybody's absolutely confused, until Scrooge runs into Gyro, who is abstractly at fault. Surprise.
With Donald and the boys in hot pursuit, we get all sorts of frozen time play-around. (Incidentally the first panel with Scrooge here is my favorite face he's ever made). no really Donald how do you trip over someone not moving at all
Also I love that on the last page, once you find out where those last calling cards are you can go back a couple panels and see something in his mouth. Which is just dang cute, the little chub to his cheeks >_>
