the curse of high agency is that you tend to criticize yourself when things don't go the way you would have liked. 'maybe if I do this', 'maybe I shouldn't have done that', 'if I could have done better, been better...'

discovering one's own limit is not a pleasant experience, I guess. that's definitely how it feels to me.
