one of my knees has been hurting for weeks now, i don't think it's a tear as i can still run with it, it's when i move it to certain positions that i feel discomfort. it feels like there's pressure there, like a finger joint that needs cracking. i stopped running for a few days, then i resumed this week doing alternate days, but the discomfort is still there
