one of my knees has been hurting for weeks now, i don't think it's a tear as i can still run with it, it's when i move it to certain positions that i feel discomfort. it feels like there's pressure there, like a finger joint that needs cracking. i stopped running for a few days, then i resumed this week doing alternate days, but the discomfort is still there

earlier i decided to get a massage, because i suspected it's not only the knee that's the problem, and i think i'm right, because the massage helped a lot

i think i may not be standing flat on my feet and it's resulting to stress on my knee. hopefully the effect of the massage cracking my feet lasts.

i do feel like some ligaments need healing from the abuse my knee is getting, it still hurts, but not as much. gonna lay low on running for a bit

funny enough, i don't feel pain jumping at all, it's just some angles that cause it

i used to have that discomfort. I'm lucky that it eventually went away. my guess that it was a mild case of gout/arthritis

thanks guys, i do plan to get it checked if it does get worse. kasalanan ko din kasi (LOL) i run with it kahit alam kong may something. good news is it does feel a whole lot better after the massage yesterday, so pahinga muna sya sa takbo for now, wait rehab & observe kung bubuti. i do think yun lang kailangan.

I hope it's not something bad (baka nga bad posture lang or something tapos na-pwersa sa kakatakbo). I also hope you'd be able to get back to the running habit soon!

thanks. it's feeling better & better, i think i just needed rest. i have been running everyday even when i started feeling it. ngayon lang ako nagstop and just walked to the park. i substituted shadow boxing para less knee impact.
