Mom feels imprisoned in the seniors home. They put a tracking device to n her. Dad thought it was an Apple Watch. When nobody was looking, mom cut it off.
Good morning. I’m tired. But have to get up early. Taking mom to “help dad get used to the seniors home.” We’ll pack a few things so she can stay overnight.
Is on the ferry heading back to the mainland. In texting conversation with brother on what to pack for parents. They finally got accepted into a seniors care home and got a room together.

Took mom to McDonalds for lunch for the first time in years. I paid by cash. Cashier person had to get a manager to approve the cash transaction
