good morning woke up a bit early todaym but my arthitus still kicking my butt i am so swollen today, and then i have to go to work. but i got my coffee.

talk about a busy week, i work come home eat clean shower fall on the couch. repeat the next day. Phew...

I been a researcher for since 2011 for my field, and it has become almost impossible to find resources in the last 4 years but I have a few solutions
