I think that's pretty accurate. You can't get anything done until you are able to survive, and learning how to deal with all the bull Kenshi throws at you is the most invaluable skill you'll need to pick up.

All the other points are fairly self-explanatory. They also, imho, provide a blueprint for the best playthrough experience, the most fun one. Cause, on your travels, you'll definitely find someone you'll want to exterminate. And that's the biggest impact you can make on the world-by killing some tyrant or murderer.
Though, I do hope that Kenshi 2 will provide some more variety on this aspect of the game. Some more variety how to interact with NPC, do quests, influence factions around you. That's the enjoyable part for me- to fuck around with the Kenshi world.
Cause if it fucks around with me, why can't I do the same?
