How can I be in excruciating hip and knee pain and also have massive numbness happening all down my leg. Fuck off leg you're drunk.

pinched sciatic nerve, I get the numbness too. My lower back kills me. I cannot seem to get it to release. I have stretched, taken muscle relaxer and meloxican. Nothing works. Going try a tens unit and pressure point massager.
Stretching does help though
Stretch! It's the only thing that helps. I have some yoga wheels that help mine.
Meloxican is really dangerous long term. Hope I'm not mansplaining.
