I honestly always use wired headphones but my stupid phone has no wire jack and I can't find a thingo to convert the one bibbly bit to a jack. I'm not sure I've ever had one for this phone

I've decided to fly without a knitting project since I don't have one ready and I'm not knitting that much but a bit worried about my anxiety

I'd just not even worry about it. I usually wear my headphones on takeoff landing and only remove them if someone asks me and NO ONE has ever asked me! They barely even check your phone anymore.

They usually want headphones off during takeoff and landing because that's when things have the greatest chance of going wrong

I know on JetBlue they don’t want devices plugged in

Takeoff and landing are just small parts of the flight though, so you should be fine in any case
