Not looking at the sun

I'm in the UK so I won't see much. It's been very cloudy/rainy for the past month. Not much sun here

ideally I'll be asleep because night shift worker.

Idk. We're in the path of totality but it may be cloudy and they're already telling people not to be parking on the freeway to watch and I think I'll just stay inside. lol

Parts of the US have declared state of emergencys for this. Hopefully it will be like a normal eclipse and nothing dangerous happens

Niagara Falls (Canada) has also declared a state of emergency, not because the eclipse itself is a problem, but because so many people are expected to be there for it. They want to be ready to deal with the largest crowds and worst traffic they've ever had.

I am just outside the path of totality. I’m staying home. I might step outside. Haven’t decided.

we're not getting the full show where i live so probably will just watch the online chaos
