我沒有特別去看過誰的歌詞翻譯或解析
單純就自己的理解，我真的想好多天了
有人也跟我一樣覺得第一段歌詞是在講前世嗎？

歌名的我的理解是，他很喜歡送我們花，上半年重要節日都有收到花 所以花對他來說應該是禮物首選？

然後隨著歌詞往後推進來到現世

這首歌也是他準備回饋給涉谷應援活動的驚喜，所以才會有第二段的：welcome ここは東京
