注意事項:
旅人分享:布丁我做過幾次但都沒有成功,前幾次都沒有好好成形
最後一次在做焦糖把杯子一起微波爆了,應該是糖的溫度太高大家要小心
旅人分享:那個焦糖,他在自己的食譜網頁有追加注意事項,600瓦兩分鐘可能會太長,最好從1分30秒慢慢加時間,然後加熱完最好用熱水去混合避免溫差導致馬克杯破裂。
旅人分享:微波爐蒸蛋的訣竅是小火然後拉長時間,做布丁的話另外做焦糖會比較安心
(例如隔水加熱煮焦糖)
