More than 80% of people above the age of 12 in the Scandinavian country have had the two shots, leading the Danish government to declare as of midnight it no longer considers Covid-19 a “socially critical” disease.

兩週前佛州法官古柏（John Cooper）否決佛州州長迪尚特（Ron DeSantis）的主張，並說佛州各級學校可強制戴口罩。迪尚特向來力挺前總統川普。

當時迪尚特頒布一道命令，也就是各級學校不得以對抗COVID-19（2019冠狀病毒疾病）疫情為由，要求師生戴口罩，一群家長不服提告，結果古柏裁判家長勝訴。

迪尚特也就古柏的判決提上訴，而位於佛州首府塔拉哈西（Tallahassee）的第一區上訴法院今天則改判迪尚特有理。

改判的判決意味著，任何違抗州長不得強制戴口罩命令的學區，佛州可以懲處。

不過美國教育部則說，凡是因違抗迪尚特的學區，而遭受任何財政的處分，將由教育部負責。

保障全民都守法才有辦法，那些傳進來的是不守法，還是丹麥的嚴格是極權政府那種？
