異常的好用耶 一面可以拿來當健康步道踩 刺激腳底肌肉 另一面可以訓練平衡 晚上踩一踩覺得很有練到小腿腳踝和腳底肌肉!!!

今天大腿內側痠 所以來做了adductor exercise/stretching 但是因為懶惰 我只做了躺在床上就可以達成的動作 但是這樣也很有用了 感覺鬆開 上面那篇裡面的影片如下
