Sense8. Must watch. Fantastic series. Positive and non stereotyped portrayal of a trans woman lesbian? Must make TERF's lifes miserable and I love it.

Beautiful cinematography. Wouldn't expect less of the Wachowskis.

Attack on Titans. Fuck in awesome anime.

Knights of Sidonia. Idem, epic anime, good to see Netflix getting into this sort of thing.

Between. Intriguing series with grown up Sam from iCarly. First time I see Netflix releasing a delayed series. Suspense is killing me.

Residue. Fantastic series too. Dark. Beautiful cyberpunkish cinematography.

Roslin: it's well rated but some people just don't like their style. If you're a fan you will love it. I think it's their first series if I'm not mistaken. It's beautiful in every way.

Oh also me and Gabby watched Repo: the genetic opera

It has terrible ratings but that won't stop me from finding it hilarious. Paris Hilton losing her face is worth sitting the whole movie.

Also been watching oldies mostly Twilight Zone and Cowboy Bebop

Haven't watched Sense8 yet, but it is written by Joe Straczynski so I'm expecting good things.
(When my friend was digging out the two kittens from a drain recently I asked Joe to post about it on his Facebook

Sense8 and Residue seriously appeal to us...

Sense8 is fantastic. The first few episodes were full of wtf but as we move through things are starting to become (minimally) more clear

And ugh,Between. I would love to binge watch but the metered release...

A lot of people have asked Joe why everyone is speaking English at the beginning of Sense8 and he replied that they aren't. When people are speaking in their own language we hear it as English.

I wish the acting was a little bit better on Sense8. Some of the actors (including main characters) are below average on that front and it's a shame because the story is fascinating.

To me a good actor is like you said one who acts natural. A few of them aren't so natural but as I keep watching more episodes it gets better.

I think they're handling the trans character brilliantly! The whole series is starting to gel too. Really awsm stuff indeed.
