因為我已經跑步幾個月了,要開始練舉重,上半身肌肉線條才會好看...

妳練的重量有沒問過專業教練?要小心肌肉受傷喔. 我在Curves用的機器都是油壓式的,針對女生的力量設計, 使用起來又有效又不容易受傷.

妳在健身房用的機器是和男生或和專業人員一起共用的機器,所以妳在使用上要特別小心喔.
