usually in cpanel there's a wiki software that u can easily install. in fantastico. there's TikiWiki and PhpWiki

mediawiki is easy to set up... its what wikipedia uses.

if your hosting at sme managed place like dreamhost.. they probably have some automagical scripts to set up mediawiki
