this converge thing is pissing me off. after 2 months of non service and multiple promises, no one really came. so i decided to have pldt activated, i'm just waiting now coz they said it will be within 48hrs. upon doing so, aba ang active ng converge to have me stay, but i don't have plans to, syempre i already switched teams. they are now trying to bill me

i'm reading nightmare experiences on reddit, but someone was successful waiving his termination BS fees, although his case was that he was moving to another location & converge wasn't allowing him to sever ties. other just gave up and paid, fucking PH ISPs. some are saying sometimes NTC & DTI doesn't help because of slow action, and you have to follow up

sobra! ngayon nagpapaikot ikot ako sa iba ibang agents. we aren't getting anywhere, i'm hoping NTC responds. dapat nga DTI issue ito, imagine kung 5 months ka walang service tapos pabayaran sayo 5 months din tapos rebate na lang nila at an undisclosed date? the favor is always f'n theirs. kung walang budget yung tao dyan na lang mapupunta? very unreasonable

sooo ... today a technician called and asked for landmarks because they were tasked to resolve the connection problem (eyeroll) aba bumilis no? kung kelan permanent disconnection na hinihingi ko. i told him the account was for disconnection so no thanks, later on i get an email right away about it. bilis nila mga buset, where was this effort for 2 months?
