I can't beat chapter 12, "One Hundred"

it gives me 100 swarmlings on a map containing like 4500 enemies, where all worlds have only one tree slot

no matter what I do someone just casually sweeps in and conquers my homeworld with zero effort

That level is a bitch

even if I can get one or two trees going the enemies have like twelve

Defending your territory is less important than just desperately grabbing more territory

Figure out what planets are undefended and grab them as quick as you can. If you lose a few on the way don’t worry about it. You can reclaim them later

And just accept that you’ll have to restart the level a few times before you get a good run

This is my wisdom

should I just send all 100 as one moving army or should I be leaving guys behind for defense

One army

I will consider this and rally

Avoid fights unless you can win them quickly

It’s all about momentum

I think I generally head north on that map first
