I listened to a LOT of my nostalgia playlists this year, which are specifically either “things I listened to in high school” or “the bandom years” (aka, early aughts) so the fact that it can pin my age almost EXACTLY is not very concerning lol

I was surprised by Showdown but JB/Torres beat Lucy to release, and it’s on both RP AND personal playlists

If it really measured until the end of the year Patrick (Wolf) would be a much, MUCH bigger presence. For some reason I didn’t start listening nonstop to Crying The Neck for a little while but now I can’t stop and since seeing him live (ugh so so good, I’m so glad he’s making music again) his other stuff has been on rotation
