Trying to be more consistent with my exercise.
It’s not easy to do that, but what is important is that we forgive ourselves if we failed to meet our goals and move on and resume meeting them.

I'm really happy about the park in our neighborhood. It's at the end of our street, and every day at lunchtime I walk down there and back. On the weekends/holidays, I walk one of the loops they have - there's a quarter-mile route and a half-mile route. Nice wide paths, a couple soccer fields, and they just added a playground for kids.

It's got a creek running through it, and also signs warning about snakes (a lot of pit viper types call this area home). Avoid the snakes and you've got a pretty nice bit of tamed wilderness with graded pathways.

We have several paved paths with varying terrain that are good for walking.
