I'll be bringing to the gathering (20 people at SIL's house): Sugar free cranberry sauce, smashed Brussel Sprouts (I'll drop the recipe link in comments), and for the unadventurous, a big dish of French cut green beans. And a box of Chardonnay cause we is classy folks like that.

I made a couple of pies, brined the bird, and made cranberry sauce today. Best I have felt in a decade and so damn happy to have the energy to do all this. Just cooking for the three of us, but still.

There's only the 2 of us, we're doing a couple of turkey breast tenderloins instead of a whole breast or whole bird. He is (rightfully) very very hinky about poultry or pork leftovers.
