I also used to hate leggings but for me it's because my mom once called an outfit that was a t-shirt and leggings "scantily clad" so looking like a medieval peasant is reclaiming my bodily autonomy for me by sticking it to her for thinking nobody should be able to see how jacked my legs are at any given moment

everyone should be allowed to wear whatever they want!!
