My previous guild was like 30 raiders and their alts + 3 socials, they kicked the socials now to be a 100% raiding guild.

Wouldn't have wanted to raid with them anyway, there were doing hardcore DKP point system. One dude once was 1 minute late (I saw in chat) and that did cost him 5000 points.

The Squirrels are a 450+ people guild who do all the things, not just raiding.
