So, I bought the Prose custom haircare set. This is a system where they tailor the product to your hair concerns and you pick the fragrance, and it's subscription based. I did this because since much of it went grey, my hair is just phenomenally damaged and awful texture. Just impossible to do anything with.
I'm about to try the process, I have my scalp mask sitting on right now and I'll wash it and do the shampoo/conditioner in 5 mins. So far I'm liking the packaging and customization, but I think I picked the wrong scent 'cos it's giving too much floor cleaner smell and not enough lavender. Oh well.
Sounds interesting. Let us know how it goes. Since I stopped dying my hair and grew out, I am now 95% white, the texture and feel, and everything is so different, but in my case, it's really really soft. It goes lank so easily, it drives me nuts. I like the colour but keeping it looking decent is a pain.
So far it's extremely soft after the process. I am air drying and want to see how frizzy it is tomorrow morning.

Update: Soft. Still frizzy. Scalp feels nice. Before I brushed them out I had lovely waves. I think this is a winner aside from the fragrance, and of course it's pricy compared to drugstore shampoo but is about equivalent in price to the salon grade stuff I was buying online before.
