i usually just get 'package delayed' with no reason, or 'customer wasn't present' when they just. leave it on my porch

one time it ripped open and they just dumped it at the end of the driveway and i can't lift the box so i had to ask my girlfriend to help

undefined delay... sometimes is related to package volume vs available drivers, or vehicle availability/mechanical issues. end of the drive is rude, tho.
