    Local news must be provided in each community. The terrible economy paired with low ad sales are forcing small news outlets out of biz.

    I think media needs to get back to its roots. What are our neighbors (in our community) doing? Tell us their story.

    There will always be paper news papers, but I sure the numbers will be cut drastically.

    If you look at history and life- The connection is so strong that it became a neccesity to mass produce news. Good news is exciting to me!

    Jalapeno has a point. There will be papers, just as the horse and carriage survives here and there as a recreation or amusement.

    I likw what Jane said. I also think that the media is just getting worse, and making mountains out of molehills when they shouldn't
