    maybe because it's way easy to skim blogs. Podcasts/vlogs require extra involvement(time, pushing a button to play, can't skip ahead, etc?

    completely depends on the content. I love podcasts, but I also read blogs, and in the Deaf community Vlogging is huge

    I prefer blogs for the most part but take information in just about any form it is presented. Content, not delivery is most important
