    you can. Could be easier tho. Each 'conversation' has it's own page and permalink. www.plurk.com/p/rfyz for example.

    Yes it does! Follow that link above. Her post takes up half the screen, but scroll down to see all replies.

    There's a yellow bar that in lower left of plurk window that indicates new unread plurks. Hope that helps.
