    my husband and I talk about it quite a bit, but we haven't done it yet. If housing prices go back up, there's a better chance that we will.

    bloggeries I did not sell home, but I packed my backpack and went on 7 months travel in 2006. It was a great life experience.

    he went to China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He is thinking to take a new trip to Australia or Europe.

    we didn't sell everything, put it in storage, quit jobs and went backpacking in Europe for 3 months

    I'm in the process of selling home etc... It's crazy how it's liberating and exciting yet totally terrifying at the same time.

    you don't have to be rich to travel for a long time. Just do casual backpacking .. especially in China.

    We have a friend who is doing that in August. Just picking up and moving to Hawaii. He visits there all the time and decided to live there.
