    they already did it in florida for a bit and it was a complete waste of money, time, resources. a minicule amount of ppl tested positive

    The thing that's so crazy here is that people pay unemployment insurance premiums, or their employer pays while they are working. They

    are entitled to it when they are laid off. If they get fired because of drug use, well firing for cause does not qualify for unemployment

    Everything but marijuana stays in your system for only like 3-7 days, so they'd have to constantly test them to discover anything amiss.

    I think the FL case also brought out constitutional concerns because it could be argued that it's a violation of the 4th amendment
