angelsfromheaven says should there be two 'and,' it reads a little funny. I can see why you did it but maybe 'There is a utopian...' Or maybe just 'a utopian'

dotartdude asks shouldn't you say "decimates a city population"? Zombies usually attack people, right? BRRRAAAINNNSSS. That's the only thing that stuck out.

modernevil says Hmm... Interesting. The definition of decimates (which I checked while building the sentence) only refers to people/population killed.
