still feeling stressed, as need to get the house ready to put on the market now... and scary if we can find a buyer...

  also scary with all the news recently of the housing market in Canada will go down -- I'm hearing like a 10% drop over the next 6 months

  in my past, I bought a house and sold it 4 years later for less than I paid... and then the next house, the same thing

  this last house though, I kept it for 10 years and hopefully can make a gain of at least 50%, not counting all the money I put into it

  still, not a great return -- not like the stories I hear of other places in Toronto that are up 100% or more in the past 5 years

  oh well... that home wasn't my choice -- but my parents helped me out a lot
