contemplating whether to use a professional painter -- I think it's worth it and we need it, but my wife is too stubborn...

  I think it's worth spending the $2000 or so to have it professionally painted -- otherwise, I worry we won't be able to sell it

  also, both me and the real estate agent think the color my wife choose is too dark...

  my wife bought a pink beige -- she should have gone more with an off-white

  trouble with hiring someone though is to find someone who's good and available over the next week
