Jurong Girl there is also rojukiss at watson (i'm using that) as well as the lioelle brand - there is the 8 dollar mini size

Mintea says oily but dry skin. make sure you use a water based moisturiser and oil free foundation. try not to get the liquid ones coz it's not great
