frustrating government -- last week I did a check of our drinking water... the result came in the mail today... BUT...

  they didn't test the water... just because, on the form, hidden away in one corner that I didn't see, I didn't fill in my phone number

  they actually have 2 boxes -- one to check for no phone number, or my phone number
