that having smoked a pack of smokes in the last 36 hours makes you feel about 10X worse then when you aren't smoking. Time to quit ... AGAIN

  I've quit for months. you have to treat it like you're an alcoholic. I'm addicted always will be. Can't change it but I can not smoke. lol

  I stopped enjoying cigarettes/tobacco after the 3 years of constant hookah smoking. I am these days 50lbs lighter, and much healthier.

  and yes, if I smoked a cigarette, I'd feel like shit. 440,000+ chemicals, how could one not ? Unfrtuntly, negative energy was grown into it

  what I find the best method for quitting smoking is.. BREATHE. people are the most relaxed when they've taken deep breaths... try it.
