What kind of tagging do you use to help you keep track of it all?

broad and redundant. Tend to over-tag items. For example, for anything remotely health related I use 4 tags everytime:

then I add to that. I also use publication type for most things: report articles papers blogposts news etc.

I also use tags for how I found it (via:twitter via:plurk via:friendfeed via: f2f via:search), cuz that helps me refind it if I remember

Once you get your tagging strategy set up it's not time-consuming. Delicious autofills known tags as you start to type.

Yep! Goes really fast. I certainly wouldn't have 16K bookmarks if they didn't make it easy
