dazzlindonnasaysWP gurus: what makes wp admin aware that a new version exists? 1 of my blogs isn't showing "There's a new version avail" msg but it should.

August 15, 2008 at 18:52dazzlindonnasaysi'm positive it is running 2.6. and it shows 2.6 correctly. it doesnt show that 2.6.1 is available. all the rest of my blogs did.

August 16, 2008 at 08:44Ζωаяτа Clаuzwondersif WP uses cron to 'detect' if there's a new version available. I bet some hosts only allow one cron job at a time, even a little one.
