  I found out that what kills battery most is to have 5 POP mail accounts and query them on 15 minute basis. The iPhone never goes on Standby.

  When i switch to 1 hour and some not so important ones to manual loading the system has a chance to hit standby.

  And on Standby my battery eats not more than 20% a day. Highly active 3D Games of course bring it down to 5 hrs max.
