  ROM	purely academic note: if someone didn't salvage a teevee, and it got wrecked by flood waters or by being buried in mud, isn't having it ...

  ROM	nah. i mean exactly the situation in provident. again, purely academic. if the teevee wasn't looted, it wouldve been a total loss.
