  Mary, I have Sjogren's Syndrome (autoimmune, extreme dryness of eyes, nose, mouth, skin, muscles) and MRI shows pineal gland cyst.

  This was a *major* PITA. ENT thought I had Wegener's granulomatosis or maybe even COPD, but lungs showed clear & passed spirometry test

  even during a bout of bronchitis. I have chest X-rays every 3 months now to make sure nothing is going on.
