    ahhhh, well I won't use the abysmal IE (Sorry to all who do, just a personal opinion) so squished txt for me :-(

    still experiencing the same problem in IE as in FF for his aforementioned issue. Still don't like the new /main page either (s_unsure)

    no, this seams a little different. In IE it is now ('very' slowly) allowing me to delete/edit but in FF on 140 limit, it completely freezes.

    says yes and it's driving me up the wall! I'm having to cut what I was typing, move it somewhere else, rewrite it and past it back.

    YES! Thank you Teeg. I feel a *little* less crazy now but hmmm, still puzzled and a little enraged at the issue.

    if I get to 140 characters while typing I'm finding I can't even backspace! damn it!

    I have, it's annoying! Very annoying. Whenever I cross it, I edit it when I'm done to make it shorter. But now I can't do that anymore.

    Escape and backspace both won't work. So I just cut the text and removed whatever was too long. Ugh

    (along with throughtwrong) to try to get the attention of the developers to see if this can be located and prod'd with a stick.

    I just noticed I have this problem earlier today. Not fun. the text space just freezes I have to refresh

    you can select with mouse then delete bits and continue. It seams to be fixed now anyway :-)
