Manda says Jul 10, 2008 07:12PM I use red and white miso, but you need bonito flakes and kombu seaweed for the dashi stock. Once you have that you can add other veggies...
Manda says Jul 10, 2008 07:12PM we use shitake mushrooms, then once it re-boils you add your miso and wakame seaweed and anything that doesn't need cooking.
