July 10, 2008 at 19:12MandasaysI use red and white miso, but you need bonito flakes and kombu seaweed for the dashi stock. Once you have that you can add other veggies...
July 10, 2008 at 19:12Mandasayswe use shitake mushrooms, then once it re-boils you add your miso and wakame seaweed and anything that doesn't need cooking.
