  I have inherited a "Technology Applications" course in my new job. It has two students enrolled (boys in 10th -12th grades).

  teaches game design. You need to learn the basics of programming on your own and then work w/ students to make their game ideas happen.

  You can't know everything but you should know enough be able to guide your students. Things they will want to do, you won't even encounter.
