has anyone else been having trouble sleeping. I feel like it is a cosmic event. Both myself and guy are waking up the same time of night

Girl MMXIII says and just laying there unable to go back to sleep for hours. But then the next day I don't feel tired I feel fine Girl MMXIII says I've always been a good sleeper, this is not normal and the fact it's him too...also a good sleeper and on the same nights...is just weird Ellehcim I have not had trouble staying asleep. Fat Boy has had lots of trouble getting to sleep. I'm tired & sleepy, until I'm ready to sleep, then I lay awake SoLoPo and her hunny haven't been getting a full nights rest either. DesertKiWi isn't an early to bed person, and I'm lucky if I'm asleep before 1 a.m. these days. Lexipooh says I have... I fall asleep by 1am and wake about 3:45am for a couple of weeks Lexipooh and it's always 3:45am on the dot... then I can't go back to sleep for hours because I'm not tired anymore.
